Excellent for both beginners and the over 50 age group. This gentle aerobic class is designed to incorporate all the necessary components of fitness yet and is safe for people with medical concerns. Aerobics balance, coordination, strength and stretching will all be included. Taught by certified fitness specialist.
This group will also meet once a week in the morning and/or afternoon to socialize, get plug in on available resource which includes monthly qualified nutrition wellness speakers. The program is also designed around three key points, which will help you, grow in the areas of spiritual and physical health: 1) Purpose driven reasons for caring for your body; what is your motive for wanting to be fit, fine and fabulous?
2) Adopting a healthier lifestyle requires discipline, moderation and self-control, character traits which are supported throughout the Scriptures.
3) Setting goals and staying focused are the keys to improving health. It is important to honor God by taking care of your body – the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6:19-20)
