Fit 4 Kids

Kids develop skills, strength, flexibility and self-esteem by participating in an aerobics exercise program that also promotes healthy eating, the Word of God and nutrition. A ministry teaching your child to eat a variety of food-group foods every day to stay healthy and grow strong.  The lessons teach children to use the Word of God and the My Pyramid as a tool to help them make healthy food and future lifestyle choices.  Studies show that many people tend to overestimate recommended serving sizes and therefore end up eating larger potions than they should, which can add extra calories and unwanted pounds.  For greater snack recipes, see the Meals Matter website www.mealsmatter.org. Benefits of exercise for children   the benefit of exercise and the Word of God increases their spiritual understanding and are the same as for adults!
